Land Research Management
Land Research Management (LRM), established in 1982 has completed a vast array
of residential market studies for many private and public entities as well as
land planning and zoning; demographic analysis; market analysis; highest and best
use analysis; government comprehensive planning; and fiscal impact. LRM is considered
to be one of the top real estate consulting firms in Palm Beach County.
The two principals for LRM are Kevin G. McGinley and James P. Fleischmann. Mr.
McGinley specializes in real estate zoning and development approval applications
through city, county and federal governments review processes. He prepares environmental
assessments and audits; and Comprehensive Land Use Plans. Mr. McGinley’s education
includes a M.S. Degree - Marine and Environmental Sciences (1979) C.W. Post College
- Long Island University B.A. Degree - History/Geology (1975) University of Rochester,
N.Y.
Mr. Fleischmann directs municipal planning and market analysis efforts for the
firm. He is the principal author and project manager of market feasibility analysis
for real estate developers and housing studies for government agencies. Mr. Fleischmann
is a principal consultant to local governments in the preparation of comprehensive
plans (Chapter 163), comprehensive plan amendments, land development regulations,
and evaluation and appraisal reports. Mr. Fleischmann education includes M.S.
